Merchant Team gets a Boost

In a move that reaffirms the company’s commitment to independent merchants, Encon Insulation has expanded its dedicated merchant team with the appointment of Steve Clarke as Regional Sales Director for the North of England and Scotland.

Unique in the industry, Encon Insulation formed its dedicated merchant team to offer tailored support for independents in this sector. Steve’s new role involves overall strategic management of the northern merchant team, helping ensure Encon Insulation continues to deliver market leading customer service as the business’s relationship with the merchant industry continues to grow. With some 29 years experience within the building material and merchant sector, Steve brings an arsenal of skills and excellent understanding.

Speaking on his appointment, Steve commented: “It’s a wonderful opportunity to join Encon Insulation. The company has a huge product range that I will need to get to grips with, but through that process I will be expanding on my existing industry knowledge, which is something I’m looking forward to. A key facet of my new role will be building on existing relationships and forging new ones with merchants . This has always been something I have enjoyed and I can’t wait to get stuck in.”
